The “Male Carers Only”: sessions are again running in September 2011.
The series of 6 sessions includes:
- Changes of family roles when you become a carer (Don Bernard)
- Challenges of Caring (Don Bernard - Psychologist)
- Looking after yourself (Physiotherapist)
- Mini health tune up (Community Nurse)
- Meal planning and preparation (Dietitian)
- Legal & Financial matters relevant to carers
- Time out. Self care and Group Luncheon.
